Step 4.1: Start a new shift

It’s time to start your first shift! It's so easy, we're getting straight to the point:

Step by step

1. In the main menu of the orderbird app go to "shift".
   
2. Just tap “Begin shift” to start your first shift.
3. From now on, everything you do in your orderbird register is protocolled in the GDPdU-report for you tax auditor. You cannot retroactively change or delete data.

Wait a minute, is there a training mode? I just want to figure out how the register works before I start recording data.

There is no training mode per se, but you can still practice! Just cancel/void the ordered items with “Training” as a reason and don't worry about closing trial bills! Also, make sure to inform your tax advisor about this.
