Email us at help@orderbird.com from the email address you have provided to Worldline with your new contact information IF any of the following information has changed:

  • Name
  • Adress
  • Phone Number
  • Email adress
  • Bank account number

    Attention

    Unless you notify us of your new account number, the money will still be transferred to your old account!

     

We will immediately forward the new information to Worldline for you!

 

In this case, it will be necessary to sign a new contract! Please email us at help@orderbird.com from the same email address you provided to Worldline so that you can re-register your store and your new tax number.

Just fill out this #form and send it to help@orderbird.com. Completing your bank account change will take Worldline about 24 hours on weekdays. After the account change confirmation, you will receive your payouts directly to your new account.
