Frequently asked questions about card payment with Nexi Germany

Here you will find the answers to all the most frequently asked questions!

Something has changed, namely…

…my bank account, address, or business name 

If you have a new bank account, or the address or your business name have changed, please email us at help@orderbird.com.

  1. You will receive a form from us.
  2. Fill the form with your new information and sign it, ideally digital. Otherwise, print out the form, sign it by hand and either take a picture or scan it.
  3. Send us the form at help@orderbird.com.
  4. We will forward your request to Nexi Germany for you. Please note that the processing time takes approx. 10 – 21 working days.

...the company type of my registered company.

Since the tax number has changed, we will need to check your account. This is namely mandatory according to the German Anti-Money Laundering Act! Afterward, you can proceed with a new registration.

Other changes have occurred. What next?

Changes in your address, company name, or ownership can be submitted via a master data change form ("Stammdatenänderung"). Write an e-mail to help@orderbird.com, and you will receive the corresponding form by e-mail.

Can I change the payout frequency?

Yes! Contact us at help@orderbird.com. We will check if monthly, weekly, or daily payouts are possible for you. Please note that the processing time takes approx. 10 – 21 working days.

Can I change the clearing text?

Yes! Send us by email at help@orderbird.com your new, desired text (max. 22 characters length). We will check whether your change request can be implemented and forward your request.

I must terminate my card payment agreement. What are the next steps?

If you need to terminate your orderbird card payment membership, send us your request by email to help@orderbird.com. We will send you a termination form via email, which you only need to sign and send back to us.

Afterward, you will receive a confirmation of the termination.
