How can I add another branch or a new account with Nexi Germany?

Do you have expanded and would like to use orderbird Pay with Nexi Germany in your new location? 

Then use the Nexi Germany branch registration: With a branch registration, you can see your branches on https://login.nexi.de/en and thus have a practical overview of all your accounts. In addition, branch registration is activated more quickly at Nexi Germany.

Two requirements must be met:

  • Your new location has the same company name as your existing orderbird account and
  • You already use the card payment with Nexi Germany in your first branch.

Let's go

  1. Contact your orderbird sales representative or email us at help@orderbird.com so that we can prepare your branch registration. We will need the location address and the bank details for the payments.
  2. You can tell us this information in the call you will receive from us, during which we will guide you through the registration form up to the digital signature. During this call, we will add all the data to the registration form and email you the PDF to sign.
  3. Print out the document and sign it.
  4. Send us the signed documents, either scanned or photographed (legible, whole pages), by email or fax. Good to know: You do not need a POSTIDent in order to complete a branch registration. 
  5. As confirmation of the submission, you will receive a new email with your Nexi Germany case number, under which your registration will be processed.

As soon as we receive the confirmation of the successful registration from Nexi Germany, we will activate your card payment in your orderbird account.
