Do you want to change your bank details, address, or the clearing name for orderbird Pay?

Just get in touch with us! For all changes to your contact details at Nexi Germany, such as an address, business name, bank details for your payouts, or clearing name for your guests, we will advise Nexi Germany for you. Email us to help@orderbird.com with your change request.

If you want to change your bank details, address, or business name, you will receive a form from us. Fill in the new bank details, address or business name and sign it. Then, please take a picture or scan the signed document and send it by email to help@orderbird.com. We will forward it to Nexi Germany for you to process. 

Please note that the processing time at Nexi Germany can take up to 15 business days.
