Technology is advancing rapidly, and it’s essential to stay up-to-date—especially when you rely on dependable and secure software in your daily work. The current version of orderbird PRO is always compatible with the latest iOS and iPadOS versions. As soon as Apple releases an update, you can be confident that the current version of orderbird PRO will be supported.
However, we do not guarantee support for older versions of iOS, iPadOS, or orderbird PRO. To ensure optimal performance and security, we recommend regularly updating your software.
Currently, orderbird PRO 8.x runs on iPhones and iPads with iOS 18 or iPadOS 18. For the time being, iOS versions 17 through 15 are also supported (see: Which Apple devices support orderbird PRO 8.x?). However, older iOS versions are no longer compatible.

Any questions?
How can I update my iPad, iPod or iPhone?
You can find out how to update to the latest iOS available for your device directly from Apple: Update iOS on the iPhone, iPad or iPod touch.
Why does orderbird PRO no longer support older iOS versions?
To provide you with a powerful app, we always use the latest features and security standards of the current operating system. Therefore, we always support the latest iOS.
However, to ensure that you can work with your devices for as long as possible, orderbird PRO usually also works on the previous version of the latest iOS.
Please note, however, that we cannot always guarantee this: If Apple were to program just a few things differently for certain functions of the operating system that we use for the orderbird app, the two would no longer be compatible.
How do I find out what model my Apple device is?
If you are not sure which model your Apple device is, you can find out by looking up the model number (e.g. A1234) of the device. That's how it works:
Determine iPad model
Note the model number (e.g. A1234) of your iPad. You will find this number on the back of the iPad. Then determine the model via the Apple support page: "Determine iPad model".
Determine iPhone model
Apple explains how to find out the model number (e.g. A1234) of your iPhone here: "Find out the model number of your iPhone". Write down the model number and then compare it with this list: "Determine iPhone model".
