Swiss customers may currently experience unexpected behavior when managing item prices in the app version 7.6.4.
Prices for diverse items
Prices for diverse items are not being applied in app version 7.6.4 for some customers in Switzerland. We advise you to avoid using diverse items for the time being and to switch to regular items instead until an update of the app is available in the App Store. If this is not possible for you, please contact our support.
Sales over 1000 CHF with "?"
In app version 7.6.4, sales over 1000 CHF for Swiss customers on invoices or in the z-report are not separated with an apostrophe as thousands indicator, but instead there is a "?". This is a pure display error. In the reports, sales are calculated correctly.
Item prices are displayed with "0 CHF" in the settings.
When item prices are edited in the app settings, they are always displayed with value "0" for some Swiss customers with app version 7.6.4. In the display of the menu, however, the newly entered price is correctly applied and also billed.
We apologize for the inconvenience! As soon as the fix for these errors is completed, a new app version will be available via the App Store.
