Restart your orderbird app

Has your orderbird app hung up and is no longer responding to your entries? Restarting the app will help!

Step by step

  1. Double-click on the Home Button. (This is the round button on the front of the iPad frame, bottom center).
  2. You will now see the orderbird app fade into the background. Swipe it upwards with your finger. The orderbird app is now closed.
  3. Press the Home Button again.
  4. Tap on the orderbird app on your home screen to open it again.

Synchronizing your data

Good to know: All of your data that has not yet been synchronized will not be lost, but will remain saved in the app. Please make sure you have a working internet connection and synchronize your data as soon as possible.

 

Do not delete the app on your own

Please do NOT delete the orderbird app. This will lead to data loss in any case!
