1. Let's get started with orderbird QR Code Ordering

With the QR Code Ordering system, you enable your guests to quickly and easily order and pay via QR code.

To ensure the QR code ordering system runs smoothly for you, please make sure you meet the following requirements:

  1. You have installed at least orderbird PRO version 7.7.1 on iOS 15 or later.
  2. Your TSE is activated.
  3. Your menu in orderbird PRO is up-to-date. Learn more about it here: Deine Speisekarte - So hältst Du sie immer aktuell (available only in German).
  4. Your order flows (Bestellabläufe) work the way you need them to. Learn more about it here: Bestellablauf anlegen (available only in German).
  5. You have a separate device for the Bestellmanagement App (iPad: min. iPadOS 13, Android tablet: min. Android 10). 
    Alternatively, an iPod Touch or a smartphone can also be used.

    Do Not Install on the Same iPad

    You need a separate device because the Bestellmanagement App must not be installed on the same iPad as orderbird PRO!
