When the month is over, there is still one last task for you to complete: Print the “Monatsbeleg” (monthly receipt) and file it properly. While you don’t have to submit these monthly reports to the “Finanzamt” (tax office), you must always have them on hand in case of an audit.

Step by Step to the Monatsbeleg

No matter which package you have chosen, you always print the Monatsbeleg like this:

1. Open orderbird PRO and select "Einstellungen" (Settings) > "fiskaltrust" > "fiskaltrust Einstellungen" (fiskaltrust Settings).
2. Tap on "Belege" (Receipts).
   
3. Tap on "Monatsbeleg". The Monatsbeleg will now be sent to your printer.
   
4. File the printout with your documents so that you always have it ready.

PS: As soon as the Monatsbeleg is provided by fiskaltrust and available, orderbird PRO will notify you with a yellow flashing bar at the top of the screen.
