In this article, you will learn how to adjust your orderbird Gift Cards on MY orderbird. Afterwards, you will know how to activate your Gift Cards on your devices, how to set Gift Card amounts, and how to set the Gift Card validity.

How to purchase the orderbird Gift Card system: 

If you have booked the price package L, the orderbird Gift Card system is included! Otherwise, the orderbird Gift Card system can be booked as an add-on product to our POS system for €19.90 per month. 

 Booking on MY orderbird: 

1. Click on Gift Cards in MY orderbird. Important: If you cannot see "Gift Cards" in your MY orderbird, please feel free to contact us at any time.     
2. Click on “Activate Gift Cards now".   

You can now make your Gift Card settings as follows:

1. Log in to MY orderbird.    
2. Click on "Settings" in the selection on the right.     
3. Then select “Gift Cards”.    

Edit Gift Cards

Activate Gift Cards: 

1. Turn on the slider under “Sell Gift Cards”.    
2. Save your adjustments by clicking on “Save changes”.     

 Adjust Amounts: 

1. Enter your desired standard amounts under “Amounts”. You can specify up to six standard Gift Card amounts via “Add amount”.     
2. Save your adjustments by clicking on “Save changes”. 
                

 Allow Free Amounts: 

1. Turn on the slider under “Allow custom amounts”. This allows any amount to be chosen when selling Gift Cards.     
2. Enter a minimum amount and a maximum amount.     
3. Save your adjustments by clicking on “Save changes”.     

 Set Validity Period: 

1. Under “Policies,” select whether your Gift Card should be valid for three, four, or five years. Read more on the topic “How long must a Gift Card be valid?” here.     
2. Save your adjustments by clicking on “Save changes”.
