6. Check the QR Codes for Your Tables

  1. Go to gastronom.split-app.de > Tische.
  2. Check if you see a QR code in the overview for each table you have created in orderbird PRO.
  3. If you need to add more tables, do this in orderbird PRO, then synchronize the settings via gastronom.split-app.de > Einstellungen > orderbird. Learn more about it here: Wie synchronisiere ich meine orderbird Speisekarte mit dem QR-Code Bestellsystem? (available only in German).

Changes to tables? Only in orderbird PRO!

Important to know: tables can only be added or deleted via orderbird PRO. The same applies to renaming tables: this must also be done exclusively in orderbird PRO!
Synchronize changes manually to make them visible in the digital menu for your customers:

  • Via the Bestellmanagement App: Go to “Einstellungen” > orderbird and tap “orderbird Masterdata synchronisieren”.
  • Via the Bestellmanagement Portal: Go to “Einstellungen” > orderbird and click “Speisekarte und Einstellungen synchronisieren”.
