Have you expanded your orderbird PRO with the QR code ordering system? Then your menu has already been automatically imported from your orderbird PRO register and serves as the basis for your digital menu.
Let's Get Started
- Log in on a computer at gastronom.split-app.de/login. Click the “Login über MY orderbird” button to conveniently log in with your MY orderbird credentials.
- Click “Autorisieren”.
- On the left, click “Speisekarte”.
- Check the following:
- Are all the items from your menu that you want to offer for in-house orders in your digital menu? If not, add items as usual directly in orderbird PRO and sync your data. - Are family groups like deposits and items used in your orderbird PRO order flows hidden? Learn more about it here: Artikel & Warengruppen im digitalen Menü ein- oder ausblenden (available only in German).
These family groups and items should not be visible to your guests. You can recognise hidden items and groups by the crossed-out eye symbol. - Are the names of items and family groups clear and easy to read for your guests?
- Adjust the order of family groups or items if necessary. Learn more about it here: Reihenfolge von Warengruppen oder Artikeln im digitalen Menü ändern (available only in German).
- Add descriptions and images for family groups or items if needed. Learn more about it here:

Changes to Items and Family Groups? Only in orderbird PRO!
Important to know: Changes to prices, names, or tax rates for items and family groups must be made in orderbird PRO.
After making changes, manually sync the data so that they become visible in the digital menu:
- Via the Bestellmanagement App: Go to “Einstellungen” (Settings) > orderbird and tap “orderbird Masterdata synchronisieren” (Sync orderbird master data).
- Via the order Bestellmanagement Portal: Go to Einstellungen > orderbird and click “Speisekarte und Einstellungen synchronisieren” (Sync menu and settings).
