During the registration process with fiskaltrust, a CashBoxID and an AccessToken were generated for you. Now, you can just enter these in your orderbird app. This final step establishes the connection between orderbird and fiskaltrust. 

Once you print the Startbeleg (initial receipt), all records under the RKSV regulations will begin. Keep the Startbeleg safe as proof of activation in case of an audit by the Finanzpolizei (financial police).

Where Can I Find My Connection Data?

1. Log in to portal.fiskaltrust.at.
2. In the left menu, go to Configuration > CashBox.
3. Your CashBoxID and AccessToken can be found here:

   Your CashBoxID and AccessToken are significantly longer than what is shown in the preview above. Please make sure to copy the full length of these credentials. The easiest way to do this is by clicking the clipboard icon next to the data:  .

   The CashBoxID is 36 characters long, the AccessToken is a whopping 88 characters!

    

How Do I Enter the Credentials in the orderbird App?

1. In the main menu of the orderbird app, go to Settings > fiskaltrust > fiskaltrust Settings.
2. A new window will open. You will now be prompted to enter your CashBoxID and AccessToken. Enter the credentials and tap “Anmelden” (Login).
   
3. Finally, tap "Signierungseinheit starten" and you're all set!
   

How Do I Print the Startbeleg?

After tapping "Signierungseinheit starten", your Startbeleg will be printed out automatically. The Startbeleg is already transmitted to finanzonline.at and will also appear in your fiskaltrust portal. In some cases, this may take up to one business day.

Keep your printed Startbeleg safe. Since it is printed on thermal paper, we recommend making a copy in case the original fades over time.

I can't enter my CashBoxID and AccessToken in orderbird PRO. What can I do?

This may be due to an old version of orderbird PRO. At least orderbird PRO, Version 5.1.0 is required to enter your access data!
