How can I start with card payments as quickly as possible?

Here you will find a checklist of what you need to start quickly with card payments:

  • An iPad, iPhone, or iPod with the orderbird app
  • The orderbird card reader
  • The registration form, filled out and confirmed by Nexi Germany with the welcome letter

I am already an orderbird customer. How do I get my new card reader?

Simply send our support team an email at hilfe@orderbird.com. We will create an order for the card reader. We will pass your contact details to Nexi Germany so that the registration can be started. Nexi Germany will then contact you directly! You can find out more here: Step 5.1: Registering for card payment.

As soon as you have the card reader and the welcome letter from Nexi Germany as confirmation of your registration, you can connect the card reader to your Apple device.

I am not an orderbird customer yet. Can I still use the card reader?

No, that doesn't work! The device is specifically tailored to the orderbird POS system.

To be able to work with orderbird and use the advantages of the card payment system, just stop by here and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
