Which printer models work with orderbird PRO?

You are thinking about buying a second hand printer, and you want to know if it works with orderbird? Then you have come to the right place!
In a nutshell
The following printers with a network connection via cable (LAN) are 100% compatible:
- Epson™ T20 (I–II)
- Epson™ TM-m30 (I–III)
Network Connection Only
If you want to purchase the printers yourself, make sure the models you choose have a network (Ethernet) connection!
Serial ports, USB connections, and Bluetooth are not supported.

We only use Epson printers because we have had good experiences with these devices. If you buy the devices from us, we will deliver them to you pre-configured. So you don't have to worry about the configuration: just plug it in and get started!

Are there alternatives?
Yes and no. The following printer models may work, but we cannot support them because we do not use or test them ourselves. If you purchase them, we cannot guarantee that these printers will work smoothly and/or reliably:
- Epson™ TM-T90
- Epson™ TM-L90
- Epson™ TM-P60
- Epson™ TM-P80
- Epson™ TM-T88IV
- Epson™ TM-P20I
- Epson™ TM-P20II
- Epson™ TM-L100 (Labelprinter)
- Star mC-Print3
And which printers don't work with orderbird ?
Any printer that is not from Epson! In addition, these Epson printers are also not supported by orderbird :
- TM-J2000/J2100
- TM-U230
- TM-U220
Buying a printer yourself
We only test our app with the printer models that we sell ourselves. This means that software updates can lead to functional limitations with printers not purchased from orderbird. If you want to be on the safe side, you should purchase a printer from orderbird. We can fully support these models and replace them if necessary.
