Problems with printing Startbeleg

After you have followed our instructions and purchased a RKSV package of your choice from fiskaltrust, the printout of your start document does not work? After clicking on "Signierungseinheit starten" you get the following error message instead: "Hier scheint etwas nicht zu funktionieren. Bist du online?" ("Something doesn't seem to work here. Are you online?")

What to do?

If you are sure that your connection to the Internet works, then you are definitely on the safe side now: You have taken care of everything in good time and the next steps are out of your hands. So for the time being, you don't need to worry about meeting the legal deadlines for upgrading your cash register to comply with the RKSV. Just let us know at fiskalisierung@orderbird.com.

Why is this happening?

At the moment there are isolated slight synchronization difficulties on the part of fiskaltrust with certificate linking. Our colleagues are already working hard on a solution for all customers. What you can do now:

  • Please do NOT contact fiskaltrust.
  • Send an email with your problem to fiskalisierung@orderbird.com.
  • In the meantime, try logging in to fiskaltrust occasionally via orderbird POS.
