What happened?
A-Trust has unexpectedly cancelled the SEE for some customers. Without a valid SEE, you can no longer use the orderbird app in compliance with the RKSV regulations. We sent detailed information about this in our emails from July 2018.
Am I affected?
You are likely affected if:
- you receive the error message “Signaturerstellungseinheit ausgefallen” when trying to sign an invoice and
- you received emails from orderbird in July 2018 regarding “Neue SEE einrichten”.
